Attend What To Expect

A Little Different

Things will look and feel a little different here at the church because of the steps we are taking to keep everyone safe. We want to provide freedom to gather together again, do the right thing to care for those around us, respect one another, and follow the public health order.

What to Expect:

  • Plan on arriving 30 minutes before the service starts in order to park your vehicle, check-in, say hi, and be seated

  • There are two entrances available, the Main Entrance and the Southeast Entrance

  • Expect to be checked-in on arrival - either by QR Code or last name

  • Once in the building, floor indicators will direct you and help mark the physical distance of 2 metres

  • Ushers will be at the sanctuary doors, directing you as to where best to sit based on your preferences. This is so we can fit as many into the sanctuary to worship together, while maintaining proper physical distancing. Please leave only 2 seats between you and the group next to you

  • If you are over the age of 9, you are required to be masked in our building

  • Hand sanitizer and masks are available in various places around the Foyer

  • There will not be an offering taken during service. But if you would like to give, we encourage you to give online through your online banking, e-transfer, or on our website. At the service, there will be boxes at each set of sanctuary doors to receive your cash or cheque offering. Or if you’d like to give by debit or credit, head to The Hub following service

  • When service ends, you will be prompted to self-exit. To have the space cleaned and ready for those to enjoy the next service, we ask that you use the foyer, cafe, and parking lot for any safely-distanced socializing

  • If you would like prayer, our prayer team will be located at the front of the sanctuary following each service and are looking forward to praying with you. If you prefer, you can submit a request here
  • There are no longer Bibles, pens, or notepads in the pews. So please come prepared with your own! If you do not own a Bible, we are happy to provide you one of your own to keep at The Hub
  • Our Mother’s Room will be open with limited seating. The intention is to provide a private and safe space for feeding and changing. We do encourage you to bring your own supplies and mat for changing as that has been removed
