7 Signs of Life wk3

Healing the Royal Son

This month, Pastor Dan Cochrane is leading an exciting sermon series called 7 Signs of Life: Experience More with Jesus based on the Gospel of John. Through the upcoming weeks, we’ll explore the miracles—or signs—that reveal who Jesus is and how doing life with Him brings so much more than mere existence.

This Sunday, Pastor Dan Cochrane speaks based on John 4:46-54, where a 'certain royal official' asks Jesus to heal his sick son. Jesus replies "Unless you people see signs and wonders, you will never believe. Go your son will live.” And the son was healed at the exact time Jesus spoke these words. When we place our faith in Jesus, He brings healing, restoration, and renewal to our hearts and lives. True transformation begins when we believe in who He is, take Him at His word, and walk forward in faith, knowing that He is always at work, even when we cannot yet see it.

Throughout this series, we encourage you to not only listen to the sermons, but read through John and ask God to show you what He wants you to learn. This page will continue to be updated these next few weeks to help you take a dive deep into John, so check it out at crossroadschurch.ca/7signsoflife.

Everyone is welcome to worship in person this Sunday at 9am, 11am or 6pm, or join the livestream at one of the morning services. Join us online by visiting the livestream page, or find more info at crossroadschurch.ca/sunday.

Serve Appreciation CW

Thank You Serves!

We are so excited to have a night of celebrating our incredible serve team members here at CrossRoads! If you are one of the many that consistently invests your time into our church community, come join us for an evening of fun and encouragement. We'll have some snacks, play a group-wide game, and hear from a panel of ministry leaders as they talk about the impact that serving has had on their lives, as well as share some of their most embarrassing ministry blunders. We want to acknowledge and affirm all the hard work you do to make CrossRoads the vibrant community it is. Each of our ministries would not be successful without all of your dedication and care and we look forward to celebrating with you!

We have prayer books available for you to follow along and pray for specific causes and needs. We will also have books that are specific for young families so kids can join in.

Ramadan starts Friday, February 28 to Sunday, March 30.

In a world where people are searching for meaning and purpose, LifeShared provides a simple, relational way to share your story of faith with those around you. This 4-week course is uniquely designed to help you live out your faith and share it with others in a way that feels comfortable and natural. Each session begins with a shared meal, followed be a short video and time spent discussing what we're learning together around the table. LifeShared is not only a great opportunity to grow in your faith and learn how to help others find hope, but if you are interested in hosting Alpha at Home this Spring, this is a great way to prepare!
