National Pastors and Leaders
“All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.”
2 Timothy 3:16-17
Sharing Christ and building up the church is a critical part of being a Christian. Here in North America we are blessed tremendously with an abundance of Biblical resources and tools and so many well-trained pastors and leaders. However, it is estimated that 85% of the 2.2 million evangelical churches worldwide are led by pastors with little or no training.[iii]
Recognizing the importance of spreading the Gospel to all nations around the globe, we seek as a church to EQUIP and SUPPORT National Pastors and Leaders in contexts where lack of opportunities and resources may hinder their effectiveness in spreading the Gospel. In doing so, we hope to strengthen the global Church, allowing more to come to know and experience the transforming love of Christ.
“..and you shall be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.” Acts 1:8
As a church we respond by partnering together with individuals and organizations to equip and support pastors and church leaders in places like Greece, Haiti, Lebanon, Rwanda and Uganda. We also seek to support other missionaries and organizations that have made the equipping of indigenous church leaders a priority.
