Team Lead
Be a part of the Big God Story as you facilitate community amongst a team of Room Leads (Small Group Leaders in 56ers). Shepherd and encourage your team as they interact with our CrossRoads Kids each Sunday. We ask for a commitment of three hours bi-weekly (includes Sunday).

Expectations:
- Oversee serve team including weekly communication and encouragement
- Arrive 30 min. prior to the service to lead prayer and team huddle
- Model intentional shepherding
- Emcee Theatre (large group) time
Qualifications:
- Committed and organized
- Leadership, shepherding, and a servant heart
- Understanding of, and agreement with our Statement of Faith, Principles and Beliefs, and Vision
