CrossRoads Missionaries
CrossRoads Church supports various missional and service endeavors throughout the world. These are some of our church family, individuals and families, that have committed to equipping and mobilizing the world. We serve to help them financially and encourage them through prayer and building relationships.Matthieu & Siham Accad

Matthieu & Siham (Lucien, Adam, Hugo) Accad serve with Bridges of Love in Lebanon. Matthieu is the managing director of this NGO. They also work with the production of Ministry Video and Sound, which is shown on National Television and other venues. They maintain & fund a school of around 120 Bedouin children & teachers. Another avenue of service is in pastoring a small congregation of MBB, which causes much consternation and concern in the mostly Muslim community. Last but not least they also serve as editor in cheif of a new upscale magazine, Virtuous Women's Magazine, published in Lebanon which includes English and Christian articles and stories.
Benno & Wendy Fath
Benno & Wendy Fath serve in the mountain kingdom of Lesotho (Southern Africa). Wendy is teaching at an international school in Lesotho. Benno is volunteering witha small local NGO called the Mustard Seed Society. The focus of the Mustard Seed is working with girl orphans - connecting them to existing services in the country, providing financial supports to fill in gaps, and providing emotional and social supports as they struggle with the challenges of belonging, succeeding in school, past sexual abuse, and making wise life choices.
Lola French
Lola French is the CEO of a national Christian organization, Canadian Associations of Pregnancy Support Services (CAPSS). Supporting, establishing, encouraging and equipping Pregnancy Care Centres across Canada.

Jeff and Mandy Penner
Jeff and Mandy Penner are serving at Camp Harattan, providing summer camps for children, youth and families in central Alberta. Jeff is in charge of programming, running the activities during the summer, preparing the camp and activities during the winter season, and working with the local churches to better partner with them.
Wayne & Lori Murphy
Wayne & Lori (Ross, Evan & Cali) Murphy are staff at the YWAM Blackfalds base just north of Red Deer. They are immersing themselves into the Blackfalds community, serving coffee at After the Grind, having conversations with people that stop by on a daily basis, coaching hockey and soccer teams, serving warm breakfasts to the moneless at the Soup Kitchen, making lunches for kids who can't afford to bring lunches from home, just doing what the Father has shown them to do!
Wes & Katie Peacock
Wes & Katie Peacock are Project Managers for the Nkonya Language Project (one of the indegenous languages of Ghana) with Wycliffe Bible Translators. They reside in Red Deer, but travel frequently to Ghana 2-3 times a year. Currently Wes is working on a project that provides Bible translation software programs to Mother Tongue translators. Katie is working on the Old Testament translation of the Nkonya Bible with a gropu of Nkonya translators.
Rodger & Karen Rinker
Rodger & Karen Rinker minister on the Sunchild First Nations Reserve (outside Rocky Mountain House, AB) as missionaries with the Evangelical Bible Mission (USA) and the Canadian Inland Mission. They have a music ministry with the Sunday school children, as well as follow up with children from the VBS's. Various ministries they work with there are the women's ministry, Sunday school, church services, a youth ministry, improving the mission property, and doing some Northern outreach.
Ruthanne Slofstra
Ruthanne Slofstra serves with YWAM Blackfalds in Alberta, Canada. She serves in the area of administration.
John & Cheryl Zumbrunn
John & Cheryl Zumbrunn work with World Partners in the ministry in Momaia, Romania. Their work consists of a multi-pronged effort including the kindergarten where Cheryl teaches a weekly lesson/craft with a gentle Christian message, teaching behavior with respect towards others. The Sewing Program allows a common meeting area for all faiths which allows relationship building in a non-threatening environment, fostering understanding and that also gives life skills to each participant, thus improving life for them and the children. The bible studies occur when John is in the village fixing things or helping the people in other ways, where questions about Bible or God can be answered in a non-threatening/confrontational way, fostering relationsihps. All of this is focused on Discipleship as the goal; the development of people that will continue this model of teaching God's love, not just His rules and punishments.

Heath & Mariko Meikle
Heath & Mariko (Kiara and Darius) Meikle serve with Commission to Every Nation in Athens, Greece. They are currently partnering with a Greek church in developing a new church plant in the inner-city neighbourhood where they live. They also volunteer part time in various refugee ministries.

CrossRoads Church Supported Missionaries are non members of CrossRoads Church that we equip, support and build relationship with. These are some of the families and individuals that have committed to doing His great work.Raney Brown
Raney Brown serves with CrossWorld in Bergamo, Italy, working alongside the pastor/elder of an evangelical church being involved with church planting, leadership, discipleship, evangelism and hospitality. Her service includes helping immigrants integrate into the Italian culture and the church, hospitality and friendship evangelism, ladies ministries & cooking at camp. She volunteers at the local hospital and at a school for handicapped adults.
Ed & Linda Chamberlain
Ed & Linda (Jessica, Christopher and Ray) Chamberlain are serving with SIM in Niger, West Africa, since 1994. Ed is a pilot-mechanic with SIMAIR, SIM's aviation arm which supplies aviation services to the mission community across West Africa. Linda manages the projects department for SIM Niger, helping missionaries raise funds for their specific projects.
Dan & Anne-Marie Chapple
Dan & Anne-Marie (Seth, Josiah, Zephan and Isaiah) Chapple are missionaries with World Partners in Mexico, and their ministry focuses on the development and implementation of a new Pastoral Institute. This involves training the 40+ Missionary Church pastors who are spread out across the country. Dan also serves as the secretary of the national board of the Missionary Church of Mexico and as superintendant of the churches in the Mexico City area. They also have recently begun two Bible studies they pray will one day become churches.
Keith & Ruth-Ann Elliot
Keith & Ruth-Ann Elliot went to Mexico in 2006 to serve in pastoral training with the Missionary Church of Mexico (as missionaries with World Partners), They began to serve as International Regional Minister for Latin America in 2009.
Donald & Lorraine Gingras
Donald & Lorraine Gingras are World Partners Canada missionaries serving in Quebec. They began an EMCC House Church Planting ministry in Montreal in November 2005. Since 2010 the EMCC Quebec mission field is expanding and Donald is meeting with leaders, sharing stories about what God is doing in the Quebec ministries connected to the EMCC family. They also coordinate short-term mission teams in Quebec and play a support role to local churches in discipleship, counselling, and speaking on the ministry of Reconciliation.
Erick & Janelle (Kooiker) Ogaja

Erick & Janelle (Kooiker) Ogaja are serving with YWAM Mombasa in Kenya as both staff and leadership in different departments. They also work with King's Kids where they reach out to children, youth and families in the coastal region of Kenya by going to different schools, partnering with different churches and running camps or retreats.
Ken & Sharon Misener
Ken & Sharon Misener serve with World Partners. Ken is working as a cross-cultural missionary to First Nations people in British Columbia; holding worship services, Bible studies and Vacation Bible Schools. Ken is also responsible for Seabird Island Christian Fellowship, and involved in church planting and family counseling.
Dorothy Reid
Dorothy Reid serves with World Partners in the southern part of Romania in children's ministry with a team of missionaries under the leadership of Baptist pastor Raul Costea. Other ministries include food distribution to widows; playing keyboard on the worship team; and a support role to the other missionary families.
Dan & Janet Snyder
Dan & Janet Snyder serve with Greater European Missions in Hungary, working with SHARE Education Services, an organization that assists missionary families in Europe and Central Asia. Janet is the Resource Center Manager while Dan is the Financial Recordkeeper for SHARE. Through confrences, workshops, academic testing and individual consultations they help families who are home schooling or have their children in national schools. Their goal is to kep families on the field instead of having to return home because of educational issues or concerns.
Nick & Paula Swalm
Nick & Paula (Kayla, Malachi, Meegan) Swalm have been serving with Mission Aviation Fellowship in Papua New Guinea since October 2007. They aim to see isolated people physically and spiritually transformed in Christ's name. To over 300 remote airstrips in Papua New Guinea, they provide transportation to National pastors, missionaries, doctors, health workers, teachers, and many others. This provides access for their ministries to some of the most geographically isolated peoples in the world.
Sandra Tjart
Sandra Tjart is the Director of EMCC World Partners in Calgary, Alberta. She provides oversight and strategic planning for our EMCC World Partners personnel deployed on mission in cross cultural and international contexts.
Nouly & Pearl Caigas
Nouly & Pearl (Kirby & Keshly) Caigas are serving with International Needs Philippines. Here their work focuses on transforming lives for Jesus through active community emersion, responding to the physical, educational and social needs of the people, providing skills that mitigate casualties in times of calamities and disaster.

Kory & Erin Sikstrom
Kory & Erin (Rachel & Naomi) Sikstrom are providing leadership to the World Partners Romanian field. They are working on building strategic partnerships with national churches and organizations. They are in their second year of field ministry and still learning everyday about the people they are serving amongst.

Catherine Tremblay
Catherine (Jerome Gagnon) Tremblay manages the community cafe, Cafe la Mosaique. There they offer a variety of products that are local, organic and fair trade. She leads a team of 20 volunteers who serve customers, plans activities in partnerships with local organizations and individuals of the neighborhood. She aims to be an incarnatino of Jesus with love, grace and truth for the community and hope to bring the Kingdom of God.
Dan & Mihaela Dinica
Dan & Mihaela (Matteo & Sara) Dinica serves as pastor in the church of Momaia, Romania. Dan is also church planting in Salatrucu, Albesti and is overseeing the sunday school leaders all around the mission (Tegveni, Salatrucu & Albesti).
Luke & Ailsa Yang

Luke & Ailsa (Lisa) Yang are currently studying Transformational Leadership and are emphasizing on Educational Ministry at IGSL, Philippines. They work doing youth ministry, especially with College students. Another area of ministry is family ministry where they minister to Christian or non-Christian couples, building biblical foundations into the family.

CrossRoads often has individuals and groups of short term missionaries go out to help those in need and/or spread the Name of Jesus.
